William H. Fralin, Jr.

As president and CEO of Medical Facilities of America (MFA), William Fralin leads the organization’s mission to provide the highest quality rehabilitation care and patient experience available. For more than 10 years, he has helped guide MFA’s success and growth while leading the company’s vision of patient-focused healthcare.

Under his leadership, MFA has continued its tradition of innovation and leadership in the healthcare industry, continually expanding the boundaries of how patients experience rehabilitation care.

Fralin has served on numerous boards, committees and commissions throughout the state of Virginia. He was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates from 2004 to 2010, and he currently serves as a gubernatorial appointee to the Virginia Health Reform Initiative Advisory Council and the Commonwealth Transportation Board.
